Beaver Dam Farms is the magnificent former estate of legendary country singer, Kenny Rogers. We were approached to help assist in the promotion of the auction for this multi-million dollar home in July 2016. The collateral, including a high quality brochure, advertisements and signage for the auction, aimed to promote the luxurious home which includes a golf course, multiple guest houses and an amphitheater. The auction garnered a large amount of interest from the real estate community, with bidding starting at $3.5 million.
